Sleeping in Community Park - Point Pleasant Rotary Members Print E-mail

On this cold Friday evening, February 12 - to mention a few members of the Point Pleasant Boro Rotary, Frank Scarpone, Tim Sculthorpe, Joe Leone, Dave Tranger along with Mayor Marty Konkus will be sleeping outside at Community Park to raise money for Haiti.  The Point Pleasant Boro Rotary Club, along with thousands of Rotary Clubs around the world, is responding by giving grants and seeking community donations for ShelterBoxes to provide temporary housing, shelter and other daily essentials for the victims of the Haitian earthquake.

 

Join the Rotary at 5:00 PM at Community Park (corner of Bridge Ave. and Beaver Dam Rd.) - come out into the night and see the spectactular rally of support for Haiti.
