DeFelice Chevy

2506 Route 88, Pt. Pleasant

(732) 899-2844

From President Bush describing America’s “addiction” to oil in his State of the Union Address to the wave of media coverage on gasoline prices, it’s clear there’s a new energy around automotive technologies and alternative fuels like ethanol. Every day, customers walk into our dealership looking for vehicles that will help save fuel and the environment.

That’s why we’re proud that General Motors is producing flexible fuel vehicles that can run on E85, a blend of 85 percent ethanol and just 15 percent gasoline.

The benefits of E85 are clear.  It can cost less than gasoline.  It’s clean-burning and produced right here in America – usually from corn – helping us reduce our dependence on foreign oil.  Best of all, E85 vehicles are available and affordable.  GM has more than 1.5 million E85 vehicles on the road today, and they don’t costs thousands of dollars extra like most hybrids do.

Chevrolet has a full line-up of E85 FlexFuel vehicles – from our hot new 2007 Tahoe SUV to our Silverado and Avalanche pickups and Impala and Monte Carlo cars.  We know our customers want to do their part to help reduce our dependence on oil, and save money in the bargain.  We’d be glad to help them do just that the next time they stop in.

We’re a family-operated dealership for 3 generations now, dating back to 1946 on the old Freehold circle.  We proudly represented the Oldsmobile franchise for 25 yrs, before GM's decision to terminate the division in 2005.  Since then, we've purchased the Chevrolet franchise from Surf and moved it to our location. It was a blessing from heaven for us, as Chevrolet was the best selling brand in America in 2005 and we're poised to do it again in 2006.  With a vehicle in virtually every segment of the industry, from sports cars like the Corvette to the only 9-passenger vehicle in it’s segment, the Suburban, we have something for everyone.

We realize this and strive to put our customer's needs above all. As big as we’ve grown, we’re still a family-run enterprise. Friendly, personalized service is what sets us apart.

The Future
As the number of computer users has exploded during the last decade, so have the threats to productivity, at home and in the office. More computers than ever before are getting infected with viruses, worms, Trojan Horses and Spyware. Computer users are desperately seeking solutions when these glitches occur.

Demand for on-site computer repair services has exploded. With its emphasis on attentive, personalized service, Friendly Computers has taken a leadership role in this rapidly-growing sector. Our business has grown dramatically, and we’re just getting started. If you would like to play a part in our future growth, take a closer look at our franchise opportunities.

Contours Express

Contours Express is a nationwide Women’s Only Fitness franchise, started in 1998.  To date, there are over 600 locations worldwide.  Michelle Shea and her mother Nancy Meyer opened the Point Pleasant location on Bridge Ave. next to Butler’s Pharmacy in May of 2003.  The grand opening was the largest in Contours Express franchise history. Local women soon flocked to Contours to experience the best women’s only workout around. Ownership changed hands on 12/5/05 and is now owned by David Reby.  Many improvements have been made both aesthetically and with regards to the exercise machines.  The members have greatly embraced the “homey” feel and love the improvements that have been made.

The concept behind Contours Express’ success is a women’s only circuit-based workout routine using real weight-bearing machines especially designed for women.  The gym quality machines allow women to increase resistance as they become stronger and more physically fit.  Jogging squares, steppers, jogging trampolines, ab-loungers, torso twists, and exercise bikes round out the workout aerobically.

Contours Express is dedicated to making our members feel special, to making long-lasting friendships, to making our members part of our family, and obviously to maximize the benefits of resistance training to the fullest.

Members usually make two full circuits of the gym in about 30 minutes and usually work out 3-4 times per week.  Contours Express is open at 7:00AM-1:00PM and 3:00PM-8:00PM weekdays, and Saturdays from 8:00AM-1:00PM.  Contours Express invites any local woman who is interested in participating in an exercise regimen, to stop on in and meet with Diane, Nancy, Michelle, Denise or Erin for a free trial workout.
