20^th Annual Summerfest Street Fair

The Point Pleasant Chamber of Commerce is proud to sponsor this year’s 20th Annual Street Fair. This hugely popular festival continues to grow each year, and this year promises to be one of our best yet! Please reserve your space early to avoid disappointment. Spaces are a roomy 10’ x 12’.

Sorry, electricity is not available.    Generators are permitted.

Please enter at the Check-in Point at the Beaver Dam/Bridge intersection, cars are to be parked at designated areas.  You must bring your own table/tent/chair.  You are responsible for clean-up of your spot, including the removal of trash to a dumpster.   Restroom facilities will be available. Please include a self addressed stamped envelope to receive confirmation letter. Excluding, non-profit organizations, we will also need a certificate or copy of your liability insurance.

• *Please be as specific as possible, If necessary, us a separate sheet.  A photo of merchandise is required and can be sent by email or with this application.  PPCC reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any item or items which are considered to be, in our opinion, unsafe, offensive or otherwise causing a hazard or nuisance (silly string, stink spray, etc.).
• NO VENDOR IS PERMITTED TO LEAVE BEFORE 4PM. 
• In the event of rain and postponement, please visit our web site at www.pointpleasantchamber .com, or call our office for a phone message and we will notify you by email, if e-mail address is provided.  
• We have NO exclusive categories and we cannot guarantee you will not be placed next to a vendor with similar products.  However PPCC will make every effort to space vendors with similar products in different areas.
• Requested space numbers will be approved by first come first serve basis, but not guaranteed as our layout may change from year to year.
• A FINAL COMMITMENT PACKET WITH PARKING & CHECK-IN INFORMATION WILL BE SENT OUT TO ALL ACCEPTED VENDORS AROUND MAY 1, 2010.
