Halloween Day Parade
The Point Pleasant Chamber of Commerce is pleased to kick off this year's Halloween Day Parade participants' registration. To ensure a successful parade and to comply with town rules, we need all parade participants to either pre-register through this online registration page or register in-person the day of the parade.
Rules & PoliciesThe Point Pleasant Police Department has provided a list of rules for parade participants to ensure the safety of everyone in attendance at the parade.

Parade Participants Pre-Registration
Please complete all the participant information fields in Part 1 of the form below and sign (type your full name) and date the participant liability waiver and release in Part 2.
